I had to sign up firstly, so you would think that they valued their customers and then, on the same day, the 14th of September, I bought a stand alone screen. Then nothing happened.
By the 21st I was beginning to get the hump and emailed them. I asked "Where is delivery XXXXXX". I received back an email telling me that they had sent me the "email below" on the 14th and it clearly was not (Date below heading was 21st) and told me they had none in stock and I could either cancel and get my money back or wait. Then on the 26th they sent an email to tell me UPS would deliver on the 27th. On the 27th a white van man (very pleasant man), not in an UPS uniform delivered it in its box (no wrapping). The item was fine.
But I wont be using them again other than if it goes wrong. Not having any feedback for a week is not acceptable.
