I ordered a phone that was in stock by a third party seller. I was given a dispatch date that came and went, despite it showing as being prepared for dispatch.
A week later I received an email from Amazon telling me that my order was cancelled.
I contacted the seller to find out why it had been cancelled and they told me that their account had been hacked and that they had told Amazon about this weeks ago. Amazon continued to list the products as being available despite knowing the sellers account had been hacked!
Amazon even took my card payment and failed to respond to two emails I sent them for a refund.
