An amazingly bad product. I wear my bracelet on the left arm. When I play golf and shoot my golf bag + wagon in front of me with both hands signing on only half of the ladder. Probably because I have the arm rest on the cart. When I play a game and try to push the stroller with just the right arm, I get twice as many steps recorded. The same occurs when I take walks with baby child in a pram. Only half of the steps recorded. When my husband goes next and pushes the trolley on an equally long walk is recorded every step. I have been in contact with the customer service numerous times via email and advised to do a reset. Have tried this several times without results. Battery life is only three days to the promised seven days. My bracelet is purchased online from Lucerne Technology in Ireland. Do not put money on this scam product!

Provided an UP3 in the fall and one for the wife last Christmas, one was broken from the start and had to be replaced (fault in electronics). My band got cracks rather quickly and broke after about 5 months. Lady's band also had cracks pretty fast and went off one night while she was sleeping recently. The store where I bought them announced that Jawbone refuses to take this warranty. That is, the Jawbone, it is natural that their product will break for 5-6 months, longer shelf life than they have not. The deal also said that there have been very many before me with the same problem .... Is guaranteed to be another brand next time.

Bought band on the Internet. Was pleased at the beginning and until April (bought the band in September). In April, I discovered that the band had a big crack and this crack will soon make my nice expensive tape is addressed in two parts if I continue to use it. Why has this crack occurred? Controlled by putting on my tape carefully to see how the crack may have occurred (the crack located at the top where the loop ends when you sat on the band). Detects metal loop must have been a bit too high (because I have small wrists) which led to the worn down rubber band. "One size fits most" which is fucking joke! You with small wrists NOT BUY this band! Is so damn tired of companies that create expensive products and market them in a way that then is not true. Thanks to "The world's most advanced fitness tracker" that has been so very good but sad that you did not bet on the quality of your product Jawbone or in any case not even market the product properly. Should a complaint about this product and hope I get redress boring to be cheated when there is such an expensive product I invested in (band cost 1600 SEK when I bought it). MvH Anton

Compared to very many activity bracelet, but finally decided for this because it seems to have received the best reviews for sleep measurement in addition to the app is really good. Have also linked in certain values that are synced from my Withings scale to the Jawbone app. The pulse measurement is interesting and you can see how it changed during the day and night (resting heart rate is). Unfortunately, it is difficult to see anything, but in the long term, maybe it's more interesting. As with all other measurements. What is negative is the buckle. I did not believe those reviews where they lost the bracelet etc, but unfortunately I realized myself after two days you lose it very easily! Now I have ordered a free activity clip from Jawbone support and hope that it will allow the buckle does not open as easily. Looks promising so far. Waiting with bated on how long the bracelet keeps general, have seen many pictures of the broken bracelet after just one month. While waiting for something better and prettier bracelet as recommended up3 really. Sleep measurement (maybe not 100% good, but good to be an all in one bracelet) and pulse control (probably updated shortly to also work out during activity) and that the bracelet is slim and stylish make me feel satisfied so far ( and that I selected the Fitbit hr). Update after 2½ months of use: The back cover came loose and it seems to have started to rust on the inside even though it should withstand some splashing and sweat. Have never had it in the shower or exposed to direct water. Disrepair. Submitted it on Elgiganten complaint / service, but they claim that they follow the guidelines Jawbone which sounds alarming. If the Jawbone does not believe that it is wrong with the product, I get pröjsa 500 sec to Elgiganten that they checked it. Sigh. I hope that they realize that it is wrong with the product, but their disclaimer refers to the warranty does not cover damage due to wear and tear or water. Idiots (or shrewd business types) are what they are. The functions in itself is good and has worked for me, so it is still a passing grade even though the build quality sucks a lot.

Not happy with your purchase then the battery life only lasted two days. Sent it back and got a new one. Same thing with it. Forgetting to download within 48 hours, it dies. Sent it back and got the money back. Do the design was great on it. But it becomes too difficult to charge it as often as you want to wear it at night too.
