Excellent value for money. It's a low-end device so you do not expect high performance and top-of-the-range features. Nevertheless, this Lumia 650 offers a nice and elegant design, and a discrete hardware that, among other things, includes a brilliant 5-inch OLED ClearBlack display and an 8-megapixel rear camera through which you can take good photos and record video very respectable. Not bad is also the quality of the photos that are captured by the 5 megapixel front camera.
Another point in favor of the Lumia 650 is its featherweight: only 122 grams. Keeping it in your hand is really a pleasure, and in the pocket of jeans almost no one feels thanks to the small size and its thickness that is only 6.9 mm.
With Windows 10 Mobile as standard (upgradable to Creators Update), the Lumia 650 is recommended for those who use the smartphone mainly to call and text and for those who want essentiality, practicality and ease of use. Good audio quality in conversation (both from the audio capsule and from the speaker) and appreciable the presence of support for 4G \ LTE networks (which is not always present on medium-low-end smartphones). Battery life is normal.
Warning: the sales package contains only the device and the wall charger (no earphones).
Ok wait for me to want to have a foot in the Windows Phone swamp. You get exactly what you pay for and then some. Gave 750 kr for it on sale.
+ Replaceable battery
+ Good screen for the price
+ Ok quality
+ Thin and light, so even with a rubber shell so it is still the right slim
+ Really nothing wrong with the WP system, there are many features, but too few "customers"
-it is robust to hang out in comparison to my Samsung S7 (eg SVD and Expressen's website has the ability to generate restart of S7)
-all apps available for Android and iPhone, you may not, but the apps are usually patched by simply browsing to the service provider's website and browse the old-fashioned way. Thus works several bank pages etc with the help of conventional tablet and mobile BankID.
This is a beautiful low end Windows 10 Mobile phone with a very slick Windows 10 (latest) running on it. Very happy with it at $200 NZD price. I also have a couple of Lumia 640s and this is a lot thinner and quite like the $400 iPod Touch from a few years ago but with a much nicer operating system.
Also owns a l950, but must say that the L650 is sick affordable! lightweight phone, feels good in the hand, good performance even if you notice a difference when o when when compared to big brother.
But one gets sick a lot of money! recommend!
I switched from Lumia 830-650 because the former was stolen. In terms of hardware is very similar to the 650 830 who were very expensive when it came. For 1500 - (price right now) is the 650 a real bargain! I bought for 1800 - but it is also a good price.
The big difference is that the 650 is really light, weighing nothing and that screen is a bit bigger. 650 lacks wireless charging and camera button which is a little less, but not decisive.
There is a good flow of the operating system. I have had both Android and iPhone in the past but have never regretted that I switched to Windows Phone and would never be able to change back.
