Have had this weather station for 2 years and is a great idea. Unfortunately, it seems Oregon does not have any knowledge at all when it comes to apps, and servers. Is very buggy and has not gotten better with time. Rather worse

A promising idea but so terribly badly implemented! This product is pure garbage, you have to use an app or computer to see some data, and here the problems start:-( The app has incessantly error and shuts down. Buggigare software is hard to find! It is automatically set a time on the device, this is in my case, one hour off, and it can not be changed. There is a map on which to mark its place, this does not work, my place is in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean .... What you might think is an indoor unit where you can see the temp mm. is in fact only a receiver coupled to the main unit which in turn is connected to the network, so it has done in these two parts is difficult to understand. So there is no way to view the data without going into the computer or an app, somewhat annoying when you want to quickly see how hot it is outside. The installation of outdoor units are incredibly strange, a wall bracket for the anemometer, this must be fitted exactly to the north to show the correct wind direction but it is not adjustable, thus requires a precise wall facing north. The rain gauge has nothing to mount it with, it must be exactly horizontal but supports must be manufactured himself. The range also seems much worse than indicated. Both the PC software and the App is beneath contempt, can not set anything, can not see history further back than a week, what the weather statistics get out of it. Downloading of data that can be done on the PC is virtually unusable as it is totally inflexible. This is one of the worst products I've ever tried, 1800 - right in the toilet! Update: The unit worked passably for two days, then disappeared all displaying data. Mail to Support has not been answered. After 1.5 time trial with countless reseter all donors (which requires unscrewing them) receiver and station, battery changes, uninstalled rings and ominstalleringar, different locations (I have the temp sensor and receiver approx 2DM apart!) Started to suddenly work again in This morning, in the afternoon, ending again as suddenly. It is impossible to see what is wrong, the server does not work at Oregon Scientific? The recipient? The station? Suddenly it is that no device is registered then you will not even have to log into their account! A "positive" thing I discovered in all ominstallerande was that if you do the installation with a mobile which has GPS enabled, so the time is set right! Good luck! Another major flaw is that the charts can not show degrees below zero which is quite necessary in our latitudes. No, will probably try to complain about this misery now .......
