Fitting continuation of the reboot - the intensity returns! I've played this over the summer after finally saving up enough to buy the new PS4 Slim and the graphics look stunning, light years better than the time I played Tomb Raider on PS3 several years ago haha. The story fits the character progression, thrilling new adventure. Can only recommend to fans of the franchise and new players should start at the beginning. Rise is fun!

Really good fun! This Tomb Raider feels a bit more elaborate than the Race to that came in 2013, more exploration of caves with småkluriga "puzzle" that must be solved in order to advance. The first Tomb Raider and Lara missing it was even more like a war machine (Rambo) who pulled out, here in the sequel she feels more human. Real, real good graphics (especially if you play in 4k on PS4 Pro), fine environments both indoors (caves, temples, etc..) And outdoor (mountains, forests etc.) Where you have to stop sometimes to just enjoy the graphical . It is also very good feel in control in this game. On PS4 version, you get even with all the DLC (extensions) that come to the game! Played on PS4 Pro in 4K, 4K has a resolution of 3840 x 2160 compared with full HD 1920 x 1080 pixels, ie four times more pixels than Full HD.

Better now .... but Lara's character and envoy is bleached and remain to remind not much on the envoy from the previous Tomb Raider games .....

Big disappointment for me, especially considering that we PlayStation 4 owners had to wait a whole year to play the game - the expectations were sky high. Did considering all the good reviews that the game would be better. It's an okay LIR but certainly not a 9 or 10 according to me. Think Tomb Raider in 2013 was better than this. Trista monotonous dark and gloomy environments with an uninteresting story. Gameplay is similar to the game of 2013, no further new there either. Tombsen are too easy. No set-pieces that last game. Hardly remember anything from the game like this afterwards when the story as told is ... disposed of. The highlight, I think is the boss of the DLC for "Baba Yaga" which was really good. 6/10
