Do not eng / fine cards is soo annoying like some others. I'm not a gaming geek so I might care a little less, but the board played absolutely no role, I thought. The text on the cards is small but but.
The game in general on the other hand are great!
A very good game. Without doubt, a game I can recommend. BUY not the SWEDISH version! It is a eng / fine version where everything is printed in both languages. It makes the text becomes very small. I found that even proficient disruptive to the city names printed on the board in both Swedish and Finnish. With everything that bothers you, this version is not fun / enjoyable to play. Buy the English version instead, in order to enjoy the game in full
This is often a very popular and different game. Pretty much rules to familiarize themselves at first but after a couple of rounds it usually float on quite well. Big plus for everyone are always involved, ie no boring waiting periods. Good balance between chance and strategy.
They all play against the game and it's not at all clear that one wins.
In these Ebola-times can be the theme might be a little obnoxious. Then you might Forbidden Island be an option. The same author and sammarbetskrävande games.
Pandemic game based entirely on Legislative Affairs. All players are together and play "the game" in a desperate attempt to save the world from impending epidemics.
The game is simple, easy to learn but with an incredibly robust game mechanics that can almost make you drop a tear when you see how nicely it is built. (A bit too dramatic there maybe but I am really impressed at how smooth the game, with its few, easy rules.) It is easy for new players to learn the game and only a few minutes' rule explanation is needed before they themselves can engage in discussions about whether it is best to save the world.
Each player takes the role of a specific personality with unique abilities and only together can we succeed cure outbreaks of diseases and researching botmedlena needed to win. A game is quick (30-60 minutes) and often run to please more than one match in a row.
- Cooperation Games that works!
- Hard to win which drives one to Legislative Affairs.
- Well-done game mechanics.
- Easy to learn.
- Quick Played.
- Chance cards because drawing provide great replayability.
- Chance due to short spin has been rarely done round too easy (happened once only).
