Good protein powder this, but it is not so that one has to buy protein powder gets to ingest proteins. Here is a list of 35 different foods you can get LOTS of protein by eating. http://www.proteinpulvertest.no/proteinrik-mat/
Have been using for around 2 years.
Good muscle recovery and growth.
Dissolves easily so you're not shaking for ages.
Flavours all taste great.
2.27kg so it lasts ages.
That said this is a 'supplement' not a replacement for a healthy diet. If you rely only on protein powder for muscle growth, you need to pull your head out of your hole.
Conversely, if your diet is lacking in protein, and for some reason you don't want to eat whole foods with protein, this can be a relatively good alternative to 'real' foods.
Works great, no larger skilland against my old (who was also a högstandard Whey). Mixing in a little Creatine so it will be perfect. Tested Double Rich Chocolate that tasted good, gonna try Delicious Strawberry which I heard is going to be good too.
Are diabetic and have not noticed any significant rises in blood sugar of this protein.
Very good! Yielded results! Will test a jar to =) Vanilla ice cream I had at first but now it will be double choco!
