Got this model 'for free' luckily. It works well as it should be for such a simple gadget, with a specification that should be clearly visible to all those VR glasses, is the point of view! and it is bad for this particular model! Feels a bit like looking through a square hole, and such like you definitely do not have! The model is the simplest. Squeezing the phone, close the panel and put on the glasses and adjust a little bit. No interaction with the phone. Need then select an option in the phone, you need to take off the glasses, open the panel, touch the screen and back.
Have a Galaxy S7 Edge, and a Samsung Gear VR. Do not compare! So far, I had not even thought about the point of view! Moreover, the Gear VR connected to the phone, and it is possible to use a small control panel (some sort of touchpad) on the side of the glasses so that you can interact with the phone without removing them.
Strong recommendation: try out such gadgets in any store before you buy them! Try on several even when it is clear that the point of view varies greatly!
