As I listened to these speakers the first time I was shocked by how bad they sounded. Burkig and dull sound, a marginal difference from my 200kr speakers that I've had in 10 years. I usually listen to quite a low volume so as not to wake the children, but they sounded even worse then.
After a few weeks they started to play better and better and now they play is actually quite good. Bass are quite ok. I still lack a bit of midrange. On really low volume to play only the right speaker.
For SEK 800 they are quite ok, with hindsight however, I had focused on Bose Companion 2 Series III instead
Have had these games Spirit at work now for 2 weeks. Think that they sound quite nice as computer speakers anyway. I have so far played properly modest volumes, but the need I have to say that I am very satisfied! To get a balanced base in my room I adjusted down the bass control to "10:00". Think that speakers are stylish but the yellow elements I do not like so much, but I still run with the dust cover on. Smooth with aux-in and headphone jack on the front of the right speaker. Bought them for 749: -.
Have had the Logitech Speaker in 2008, Creative T20 and the new Logitech Z623.
These beats all :)
Really good sound, easily worth the extra hundred patches Creative T20 and get them instead :).
Troubled clean and nice sound .......
Logitech Z623 - are utter rubbish compared to those :)
Wish I could have tried Harman Kardon Sound Sticks III, but I chose these because I do not have a big bass box in the computer. Do not think the sound can be so much better than these.
Is no audiophile, but think these are excellent. Love the design and the sound is very good and I like that you avoid subwoofer.
I've had these for over 2 years. Do not want to write a long review, but can say that they are quite exceptional for the price. Something position sensitive and base may be aningens noisy, but there's EQ knobs so you can fancy it up a bit.
If the price you pay is a thousand dollars or less, it's a no-brainer - BUY. But the price of these speakers is around 1500 and up maybe you can find something better.
