Works great, but I have had some trouble and is not entirely the goal of building a working setup with the following + Samsung TV (65KS8005)
I bought them for 790 on Elgiganten and for the price it's great!
Bought them for having primarily as surround speakers to my tv + soundbar.
The first problem was that if you're going to run them through wifi on the 5GHz band as channels must be between 36-48 otherwise would not work with the TV. 2.4Ghz going well.
Once this was in place, I find it difficult to get sound from the rear speakers.
Are extremely long forum threads that mentions this problem and apparently waiting people on the firmware update to make it work, but the problem may be in my case lie in my sound bar (the Samsung HW-K650 soundbar).
When you group all of the associated multi-room app, they work like clockwork and Spotify can find them as a group and it is good pressure in the system.
Unfortunately, they lose their grouping if I turn on the TV and it takes over those who surround sound system.
If I run through the optical cable to the sound bar so I do not get these grouping problems or low / non-existent sound in the rear R1 speakers.
May, however, other problems so that it becomes very tinny sound in the sound bar so it is not a clockwork options.
But somsagt so the problem seems to be in the right combination to have them as speakers to the TV with my soundbar.
Pending response from Samsung support.
Samsung HW-K650 soundbar and Radiant 360 Speakers for surround sound
HW-K650 and Two R1 Wirelss Speakers in 5.1 With KS7000 TV
Works great when it first works out. Having had some small problems when it stood at a distance router but has now rebooted router and to date I have not had any problem - as can be router that nonsense.
The app is a little weird on some things but works fine. Unable to find opportunity for Spotify alarm calls only Radio.
The sound is bright.
Got this in the bargain when I bought KS7005.
Yes what to say about this product .... it makes noise anyways ...
My partner tested this in a few minutes through Spotify.
+ Plenty of base to be so cheap and small speakers, it rumbles on well when the base is started.
- Sound quality is something missing. Tinny and hard to hear the lyrics of the songs.
Obviously you can not compare this with the speakers from Canton Chrono series but it is safe to use out of the country cottage or in the kitchen.
Are certainly many other speakers can be used instead.
Got this in the bargain when I bought KS7005 and for me that does not have some kind of sound bar or home theater systems to the TV since before so it is a great addition to the TV sound instead of the original elements inserted in television. Then as always so depending on how you live and place the speaker as well as how many you choose to use (buy) changes the listening experience then. For pure music playing where you prioritize clean sound and good base there edgier products, given the price of the moment (1990 ;-) but it's not a bad speaker when using the mixed things like television and some unremarkable music, radio, podcasts etc .. listening.
Rich and good sound but somewhat weak base (but do not expect more of the things mins version). Stylish design that fits perfectly in the kitchen, for example!
