I've got them recently and they are absolutely amazing.
The sound is clear.
The base is perfect.
The comfort is superb.
Nothing bad I have found.
Great headphones! Bass, detail, spacious sound, confortable. Easily powered by smartphones or digital audio players. Love the acoustic signature on these. Well done, Sony!
Incredible headphones! Coming from Audio-Technica m50x and can say that these are better in both comfort and sound.
I stood and listened through the whole line of headphones at Media Markt, with no major expectations, because I mostly buy high fidelity in specialty stores for that purpose. So I come to them. The design of brown leather and solid construction appealed to me, so I plugged them into the phone and tried.
The base dug deep, the treble was completed without being sharp and midrange with voices emerged clearly and naturally. What else could I do but to take them home?
I had been lurisk, sorry, lyrical.
Good to be able to replace the power cord, in case something happens with the supplied (three cats). There are actually two wires. One with and one without response buttons.
I also have a pair of on-ear headphones, Sennheiser HD25-1, but they do not provide the deep bass in the same obvious way.
Comfort is another big difference. Since these are over-ear, there will be no pressure on the ear. Sure, the skin a little bit sweaty after hours of listening or computer games, but it marked the most afterwards.
I do not think I have extremely small head (but no hair), but it can not adjust the arc to be so much less than I have, so in other words it is a perfect handset if you have some hair or thick bald;)
It may get more out of them with a good facility to the connected, but for me they deliver as I was going into the computer, phone, or any of the tablets via Spotify.
Very good headphones with crystal clear sound. The base could be a little deeper.
