The sound is phenomenal along with Denon DRA-F109 receiver and B & W DM686! Do not turn up the volume on the receiver at all to get high volume. 5 out of 50 is sufficient for normal listening as opposed to if I plug in the phone or using the radio in recievern then 20 of 50 is more normal volume.
This opened a new world for me with Internet radio that I do not understand the point of until now! There are lots of good channels to choose from. Now I wonder why I put 500kr extra to get a DAB radio in the DRA-F109 ...
Have a finer display than DRA-F109 which I bothers me. The text is whiter (more green / blue in DRA-F109) and higher resolution, which means that they do not seem to fit together as well as they should.
Unexpectedly easy to navigate your songs in the NAS or similar. Denon's app makes it even easier although it is a bit sluggish.
Unfortunately, dropping the network connection very often when I go wireless. Especially if I use the Denon app on the phone but even otherwise. Extremely annoying! I live in a 2nd at 55m2 and has an Asus router (which has the worst range of the WLAN I encountered) at the other end of the apartment and a Linksys repeater (with 100% reception), about 1.5 m from DNP-F109 . But it loses still connected! Really bad! Expected to Denon would use better stuff, but the WLAN part is D-Link class! This allows me to pull down the grade.
