First Equity between Cambridge Azur 851c and Genelec G-Three was a major sonic improvement compared with the Cambridge directly to the active IFOS which did not sound bad at all. Expected me a boost, but not of this magnitude. Feels like a good preamp is still relevant in many cases instead of a DAC directly into your amplifier or active speakers. P20 gets my warmest recommendation!
